November 7, 2022 South Amherst Board of Public Affairs Storm & Water Public Hearing Minutes Roll Call: Board Members Present: Zoltan Zoltai, Tom Pellittieri Operator of Record: None Present Clerk: Alexandra Sabine Liaison and Council Representative: None Present Visitors: Mayor Leshinski, Anonymous Reading of Proposed Ordinance / Rate Schedule: Zoltan Zoltai read aloud the proposed ordinance changes and rate schedule for the rate increase. He also discussed portions of the handout including topics such as Lorain County Rural Water Authority, the user fee fund, and outstanding debt of the SABPA. Floor Open for Q & A: Zoltan Zoltai opened the floor for questions or comments. There were no questions or comments presented. Adjournment: Tom Pellittieri moved to adjourn the public hearing.
