Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes February 10, 2022 Call to order Chairperson Yehoshua Bittman called to order the Zoning Board of Appeals February 10, 2022 at 8:02pm. Broadcast via Zoom Webinar Meeting for the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208.Chairperson Bittman opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call The following persons were present: Yehoshua Bittman – Chairperson Peter Piampiano – Member Chaim Goldstein – Member Melissa Foote – ZBA Secretary Al Fusco – Village Engineer Gardiner Barone – Village Counsel Adoption of Minutes Motion to adopt Minutes of January 13, 2022 meeting by Chairman Bittman, seconded by Member Goldstein – 4 Ayes, 0 Nays Business Received response for Stone Gate for Orange County DP, was sent out out to Planning Board. Copy can be picked up from Public if they need it. After reviewing County response, Village Counsel drafted a response memo to be sent to OCDP. Village Board made a motion by Chairman Bittman, Seconded by Member Goldstein, All in favor, to accept the memo subject to corrections made by the Engineer. No new applications Adjournment Next meeting is scheduled for April 14, 2022 Motion to close the meeting at 8:15pm by Chairman Bittman and seconded by Member Goldstein.
