Consideration and possible action on the proposed tax rate for the City of South Houston for the 2022 tax year and take any other steps necessary to adopt the tax rate. 10. Consideration and possible action on adopting and approving the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2022, and ending September 30, 2023, for the South Houston Economic Development Corporation. 11. Consideration and possible action on the South Houston Economic Development Corporation Project # 173 to pave the 1100 block of Sherman Street between Virginia Street and Indiana Street. Estimate $44,300.00 (Second Reading) 12. Consideration and possible action on the South Houston Economic Development Corporation Project # 174 installing 500 feet of 8” waterline and fire hydrants from the  2300 block to the 2500 block of Dallas and 500 feet of 8” waterline at the 500 block of Idaho street. Estimate $90,000.00 (Second Reading) 13. Consideration and possible action on the minutes of the regular council meeting held on September 13, 2022 14.
