Corporation to pave the 1300 block of State Street between College and Pennsylvania.

Corporation repairing a sewer cave in located at 101 South Allen Genoa going towards
Spencer Hwy 425 feet of 8” sewer line. Project #183. Estimate $65,000.00. (Second
Reading)
12. Consideration and possible action to redline the following vehicles with the last four of
the VIN# from the Wastewater Department a 2000 Chevy 1 ton VIN# 5148 (W-4), 2003
Chevy 3500 VIN# 5445 (W-5), 1995 Ford 350 XL VIN# 2867 (W-18), and a 2009 Chevy
Silverado Crew cab VIN#9590 (EDC-3). A 2015 Ford Taurus VIN# 4371 (Shop 12) from the
Police Department
13. Consideration and possible action on the minutes of the regular council meeting held on
May 9, 2023
14. Consideration and possible action on the minutes of the special council meeting held on
May 16, 2023
15. Consideration and possible action on Finance Resolution No. 2023-10 authorizing
payment city vendors and contractors submitting invoices

hours proceeding the scheduled meeting time of said meeting.
The City Council reserves the right to convene in Executive Session at any time deemed necessary for the
consideration of confidential matters under the Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071-551.084.
