AGENDA: 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Minutes of December 20, 2022 Meeting and Closed Session. 3. Motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1), (e) & (g), for the purpose of discussing negotiations to settle or deny the following claim(s) and conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to the following claim(s): Ralph Kachelmeier,TMW Milwaukee, LLC, Zion Lutheran School, Vladimir Ndina and any other claims received since the last meeting; a discussion of outstanding open claims; and a discussion of the claims status report. 4.
