Approval of the Development Agreement with Legup investments, LLC for the redevelopment of 1119 and 1123 Milwaukee Avenue with economic development assistance in the amount of $125,000; as a follow up to prior Common Council and Plan Commission recommendations. e. Appointment of Byron Borck, 1649 College Avenue as a supplemental pollworker. f. Approval of the Secondhand Dealer license filed by ecoATM, LLC/ David Bjorkman, Agent for the 2020-2021 period. Discussion/possible motion to award a contract for the rehabilitation of Holly Lane, Carroll Avenue and Spruce Court per bids received July 21, 2020. 6. Discussion/possible motion on a resolution to amend the "Stop and Yield Sign Master Map of the City of South Milwaukee" for the addition of stops signs at Edgewood Avenue/9th Avenue at Brooklawn Circle for East/West traffic. 7.
