Discussion/possible motion on an ordinance to amend Section 20.12(B) of the Municipal Code of Ordinances pertaining to the Registry of Massage Therapists. PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC PROPERTY — D. Bartoshevich 7. Discussion/possible motion to authorize the proper city officials to execute a lease agree- ment between the City of South Milwaukee and European Gardens, LLC for City owned property at 1014-1020 Madison Avenue for Outdoor Beer Garden and related food service and entertainment activities. 8. Discussion/possible motion to authorize an amendment to contract with Stark Pavement Corporation for additional paving work on Hemlock Court to be included with contract for Holly Lane, Carroll Avenue and Spruce Court. PLAN COMMISSION — B. Briesemeister 9. Discussion/possible motion on Plan Commission's recommendation for approval of the amendment to the existing Conditional use at 3600 S. Chicago Avenue (Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church & School), zoned R-A and R-B Residential, to construct a new church on the east side of the existing school, and a new early learning center on the west side of the existing school, with location of playground equipment to be approved by City staff; and, subject to staff review and approval of landscaping and stormwater management plans, all future improvements as shown on plans submitted. 10. Discussion/possible motion on Plan Commission's recommendation for approval of the Con- ditional Use Permit to build a detached garage exceeding 15 feet in height at 719 Hawthorne Avenue, zoned R-B Residential per plans submitted. 11. Motion to Schedule a public hearing on the rezoning of certain residential properties between 14th and 15th Avenue, Milwaukee Avenue to Michigan Avenue, from C-1, C-2 and C-3 Com- mercial to R-B Residential. REPORTS OF THE MAYOR MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS — City Administrator 12. Discussion/possible motion regarding the Mutual Aid/Shared Services Agreement. 13. Update regarding selection of Construction Management Services for renovation of 1919 12th Avenue, the Bucyrus Club, and possible motion to approve recommendation from Select Review Committee. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of discussing legal strategies with the City Attorney with respect to litigation in which the city is involved, specifically Milwaukee County Case No. 2018CV005557, City of South Milwaukee v.
