3. Discussion/possible motion on a resolution authorizing the insurance awards for 2021 for the City of
South Milwaukee.
HUMAN RESOURCES – P. Clark
4. Discussion/possible motion on an ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2182 to fix and establish the
amount of salaries, wages and certain benefits and allowances which shall be paid by the City of
South Milwaukee to its union employees. (Suspension of the Rules)
5. Discussion/possible motion on an ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2181 to fix and establish the
amount of salaries, wages and certain benefits and allowances which shall be paid by the City of
South Milwaukee to its Supervisory and General employees. (Suspension of the Rules)

6. Discussion/possible motion on an application for a Class “B” Combination license filed by JFM 500,
LLC/Jackelyn F. Maier, Agent for the premise at 500 Madison Avenue for the 2020-2021 license pe-
riod.
PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC PROPERTY – D. Bartoshevich
PLAN COMMISSION – B. Briesemeister
7. Motion to approve the Plan Commission’s recommendation to amend the Conditional Use Permit ap-
plicable to 2001 10th Avenue to revise the second floor residential use to 15 efficiency apartment
units to replace the 28 bedroom rooming house and construct various building and façade improve-
ments pursuant to the submitted plans.
8. Motion to approve the Plan Commission’s recommendation to provide a maximum of $101,000 of
Resilient Housing Funds established by Resolution No. 19-04 to Fountain Head Contracting, LLC for
renovation of 2001 10th Avenue, subject to an agreement to be prepared and executed by city staff
that meets the intent of the resolution and complies with applicable state funding guidelines.
9. Reminder that the next Plan Commission meeting will be December 22, 2020 at 6:30 p.m., if needed.
REPORTS OF THE MAYOR
10. South Milwaukee Police Department reaccreditation.
11. Discussion/possible motion regarding appointment of members to the Equity and Inclusion Commis-
sion.

12. Discussion/possible motion on creation of downtown mural program.
MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS – Economic Development
13. Discussion/possible motion to adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e), deliberat-
ing or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other
specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
Specifically to discuss strategies pertaining to a potential transaction regarding the property located
at 1100 Milwaukee Avenue.
14. Motion to return to open session and take any necessary action on closed session items.
