Motion to adopt the items in the consent agenda. 2. Reminder that the Common Council meeting for January 5, 2021 has been cancelled due to the holi- days. Reports of Standing Committees FINANCE – P. Stoner 3. Discussion/possible motion to award a contract for the City of South Milwaukee’s Recycling Collec- tion Service. 4. Discussion/possible motion to authorize the purchase of two power cots for the fire department from Stryker Medical in an amount not to exceed $38,000 as was included in the 2020 Capital Fund. Discussion/possible motion on an ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2181 to fix and establish the amount of salaries, wages and certain benefits and allowances which shall be paid by the City of South Milwaukee to its Supervisory and General Employees. (Suspension of the Rules) 6. Discussion/possible motion regarding changes to the Professional, Executive, and Confidential Em- ployee Personnel Manual. 7. Discussion/possible motion regarding changes to the General Employee Personnel Manual. 8. Discussion/possible motion regarding Police Officer Jordan Schwehr’s letter of resignation. 9. Discussion/possible motion to authorize the purchase of 400 tipper carts from Cascade Engineering in an amount not to exceed $18,632.00. PLAN COMMISSION – B. Briesemeister 14. Presentation by Saiki Design regarding the public space design concepts fort the site at 11th and Madison Avenue. 17. Discussion/possible motion regarding the public space design concepts for the site at 11th and Madi- son Avenue Adjourn.
