Discussion/possible motion regarding the funding of repairs for the Senior Center’s walk-in refrigerator. HUMAN RESOURCES – P. Clark 5. Discussion/possible motion regarding the amended Water and Wastewater Superintendent position descriptions. LEGISLATION & PERMITS COMMITTEE – L. Pieper Council Agenda – February 17, 2021 PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC PROPERTY – D. Bartoshevich 6. Discussion/motion regarding bids and recommendation of contract for Carrington Avenue and Kirkwood Avenue Water Main replacement and Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation. PLAN COMMISSION – B. Briesemeister 7. Discussion/motion on a Resolution Confirming Plan Commission Recommendations for Implementation of Public Space Projects. 8. Next regular meeting of the Plan Commission is scheduled for February 23, 2021 and a Special Meeting is scheduled for March 9, 2021 (with a public hearing on proposed conditional use at 100 15th Ave.). REPORTS OF THE MAYOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY – Ben Huffman, Superintendent 9. Discussion/possible motion to waive the requirements of the City purchasing policy for the purchase of a Vactor 2100i from Macqueen Equipment with funds provided from the 2021 Wastewater Sewer Jet/Vac truck capital improvement fund, from the 2021 Storm Water capital improvement equipment fund, and the Wastewater equipment replacement fund in an amount not to exceed $415,000.
