Approval of minutes from the June 1, 2021 Common Council meeting and Special Meeting of the Common Council on June 3, 2021. b. Approval of Class “B” Combination license renewal for the 2021-2022 license period filed by Van Eimeren Kolonka Post 27/Shawn Arndt, Agent, for the premise at 920 Milwaukee Avenue and Class “B” Combination license renewal for the 2021-2022 license period to include out- door patio area filed by Bucyrus Club (A Division of Skyline Catering, Inc.) / Ernest Wunsch, Agent, for the premise at 1919 12th Avenue. c. Approval of Amusement Device Operator for 2021-2022 filed by Badger Amusement Vending. PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL - D. Bartoshevich 1. Motion to adopt the items in the consent agenda. 2. Reminder that the July 6, 2021 and August 3, 2021 Common Council meeting have been can- celled due to holidays, events and vacations. Reports of Standing Committees FINANCE HUMAN RESOURCES – P. Clark 3. Discussion/possible motion on an ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2207 to fix and establish the amount of salaries to be paid to the Public Health Specialist. ( Suspension of the Rules) Council Agenda – June 15, 2021 4. Discussion/possible motion to authorize the City Administrator to fill the Public Health Specialist position with funds provided by Health Department grants. LEGISLATION & PERMITS COMMITTEE – B. Briesemeister 5. Discussion/possible motion on an application for Class “A” Beer and “Class A” Liquor license filed by Jean’s Spirits, LLC/Theresa J. Catherine, Agent, for the premise at 1202 Milwaukee Av- enue, for the 2021-2022 license period. PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC PROPERTY – C. Maass 6. Discussion/possible motion to award contract for 4th District Pavement Rehabilitation – Various Streets. PLAN COMMISSION – B. Briesemeister 7. Discussion regarding public hearing comments on creation of a Residential Planned Develop- ment district at 2300 10th/1011 Michigan Avenues for repurposing the property up to 24 residen- tial units. 8. Motion to refer to staff and Plan Commission for final plan review and conditions to be refer- enced in the zoning ordinance and development agreement to be drafted to accompany ordi- nance. 9. Discussion/possible motion on a resolution approving Amendment No. 2 to the Project Plan for Tax Incremental District No. 1. 10. Reminder that the next Plan Commission meeting is scheduled for June 22, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. REPORTS OF THE MAYOR MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS – City Attorney 11. Motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of confer- ring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice con- cerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically Milwaukee County Case No. 2021CV002072. 12. Motion to return to open session and take any required action on closed session items. Adjourn.
