Approval of the Schedule of Vouchers for April 2023 in the amount of $2,301,150.45. d.) Approval of minutes of the Common Council Meetings from April 18, 2023 and May 2, 2023. e.) Accept Board of Review member Michael Stritchko’s letter of resignation with an effective date of May 7, 2023. f.) Approval to amend the application for Class B Combination license filed by Paisano’s Italian Restaurant, Fekri Sinani, Agent, for the premise at 113 N. Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution to amend the Administrative Fee Schedule. 7.) Discussion/possible motion on an ordinance to amend Section 7.10 in the Municipal Code regarding the Motor Vehicle Crash Response Fee. 8.) Discussion/possible motion on an application for bartender license for the 2022-2023 license period filed by Mackenzie Kruske. 9.) Discussion/possible motion on an application for bartender license renewals for the 2023-2024 license pe- riod filed by Megan Weeks and Sarah Weyrum. PUBLIC WORKS & PUBLIC PROPERTY – C. Maass 10.) Discussion/possible motion to authorize contract for the 2023 Oak Street & Marshall Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project, with Stark Pavement Corp., in the amount of $252,688.00, with funding from applicable capital project funds and storm water utility as directed by the Inspection & Engineering Director. 11.) Discussion/possible motion to authorize contract for the Blake Avenue Asphalt Paving Project, with Stark Pavement Corp., in the amount of $259,965.00, with funding from applicable capital project funds and storm water utility as directed by the Inspection & Engineering Director.
