Approval of the Supplemental Poll Worker list for the 2024-2025 Election cycle. c.) Approval of the Schedule of Vouchers for December 2023 in the amount of $2,129,098.13. d.) Approval of Financial Reports for the various funds for the period ending November 30, 2023. PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL – D. Bartoshevich 1.) Motion to adopt items in the consent agenda. 2.) Discussion/possible motion to cancel the Common Council meeting for April 2, 2024, and schedule a spe- cial meeting for April 3, 2024, due to the Spring election. Reports of Standing Committees CIVIC GRANTS COMMISSION – D. Bartoshevich 3.) Discussion/possible motion regarding proposed revisions to the Bucyrus Civic Grant Program. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS – Economic Development 4.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a proposed contract with Savage Solutions for the execution of a City branding campaign with funds provided by the Bucyrus Foundation. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS – City Administrator 5.) Discussion/possible motion to authorize the Street Superintendent to procure the annual Christmas tree for display at the Bucyrus Commons. 6.) Discussion/possible motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) for the pur- pose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conduct- ing other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons required a closed session and Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written Council Agenda – January 16, 2024 1 advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to be- come involved, specifically to discuss the contractual disputes regarding the HVAC system at the city-owned property located at 1919 12th Avenue. 7.)
