Approval of minutes from the May 21, 2024 Common Council meeting. b.) Approval of various license applications for 2024 – 2025, per the attached list. c.) Approval of Financial Reports for the various funds for the period ending April 30, 2024. d.) Approval of the Schedule of Vouchers for May 2024 in the amount of $4,827,174.91. PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL – Ald. Briesemeister 1.) Motion to adopt items in the consent agenda. Reports of Standing Committees FINANCE COMMITTEE – Ald. Bukowski 2.) Discussion/possible motion to permanently close the Chester W. Grosbschmidt Senior Center at the end of the day on December 20, 2024 in order to reallocate funds for emergency dispatch expenses. 3.) Discussion/possible motion directing the City Administrator not to include funds for a Commissioners Ban- quet in the 2025 operating budget in order to prioritize emergency dispatch expenses. 4.) Discussion/possible motion to approve a scope of services outline from the Wisconsin Policy Forum in an amount not to exceed $14,500 to explore options for library services in the City of South Milwaukee. HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE – Ald. Clark 5.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the hourly wage and health insurance wellness qualification for full- time Public Safety Dispatcher Jill Schoenecker. LEGISLATION & PERMITS COMMITTEE – Ald. Pieper 6.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the 2024-2024 Class B Beer and Alcohol license application for Southside Indoor Soccer, LLC, Guriqbal Singh Sra, Agent, located at 305 N. Chicago Avenue. Council Agenda – June 4, 2024 1 PUBLIC WORKS & PUBLIC PROPERTY COMMITTEE – Ald. Maass 7.) Discussion/possible motion regarding interior and exterior painting for the city-owned property at 1919 12th Avenue. 8.) Discussion/possible motion to authorize contract with Wolf Paving Company in a contract amount of $1,187,164.50 with funding from applicable capital project funds as directed by the City Engineer. 9.) Discussion/possible motion to authorize contract with Stark Pavement Corporation in a contract amount of $111,967.00 with funding from applicable capital project funds as directed by the City Engineer. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS – Economic Development 10.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a site control letter between the City of South Milwaukee and AK Development, LLC for the city-owned property at 2318 10th Avenue.
