Discussion/possible motion to authorize the submittal of a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) request that includes four bike repair stations. 10.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution granting an underground distribution easement to Wis- consin Electric Power Company at 100 Marshall Avenue. PLAN COMMISSION – Ald. Briesemeister 11.) Discussion/possible motion to adopt the Bucyrus Sign Grant Program for the Downtown District. 12.) Discussion/possible motion to approve an ordinance to rezone the Monroe Court Subdivision located at Monroe and 7th Avenues from R-B residential to a residential Planned Development District. 13.) Discussion/possible motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifi- cally to discuss a development agreement between the City and AK Development, LLC for the redevelopment and sale of 2318 10th Avenue in Tax Incremental District No. 5. 14.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution authorizing the submission of an application for a Wis- consin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) community development investment grant.
