Discussion/possible motion regarding request from Strong Towns - South Milwaukee to use a street parking space for Parking Day on September 22, 2024. Council Agenda – September 3, 2024 1 PLAN COMMISSION – Ald. Briesemeister 4.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an ordinance to amend Vacant Building Registration Code Section 16.27.1, requiring annual inspections of chronically vacant buildings and to approve incremental annual fee in- creases effective January 1, 2025, that will be included in the annual Administrative Fee Schedule adoption. 5.) Notification that City Attorney Smith is drafting a development agreement for the proposed mixed-use project in Tax Incremental District No. 5 at the former Bucyrus Campus, 1100 Milwaukee Avenue.
