Discussion/possible motion regarding an updated development plan set as part of the Conditional Use Per- mit for the Bucyrus Commons project for developer Scott Crawford, Inc. for 1100 Milwaukee Avenue and 1022 Milwaukee Avenue. 14.) Discussion/possible motion to recommend a zoning amendment for the former Bucyrus Campus, from M-2 Manufacturing and C-3 Central Business Zones to Planned Development District. 15.) Discussion/possible motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified business, whenever competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically to discuss a development agreement between the City of South Milwaukee and Scott Crawford, Inc. for a mixed-use devel- opment proposed at 1100 Milwaukee Avenue and 1022 Milwaukee Avenue, located in Tax Incremental District No. 5. 16.) Motion to return to open session and take any necessary action on closed session items. 17.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the authorization of an application for a Wisconsin Economic Devel- opment Corporation (WEDC) grant for the project proposed by Scott Crawford, Inc.
