Public Hearing on proposed zoning amendment for properties at 1100 Milwaukee Avenue and 1022 Mil- waukee Avenue. CONSENT AGENDA a.) Approval of minutes from the October 15, 2024 Common Council meeting. b.) Approval of the Schedule of Vouchers for October 2024 in the amount of $2,239,118.55. c.) Approval of Financial Reports for the various funds for the period ending September 2024. d.) Approval of the Supplemental Poll Worker list for the 2024-2025 Election cycle. e.) Approval of the appointment of Julie Casey to the Celebrations Committee. f.) Approval of the appointment of Cory Gagnon to the Celebrations Committee. PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL – Ald. Briesemeister 2.) Motion to adopt items in the consent agenda. Reports of Standing Committees FINANCE COMMITTEE – Ald. Bukowski 3.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the City’s remaining American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. 4.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an agreement between the City of South Milwaukee and Tyler Tech- nologies for assessment services. 5.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution amending the administrative fee schedule to exempt tax- exempt organizations from special event permit fees. HUMAN RESOURCE COMMITTEE – Ald. Discussion/possible motion regarding Temporary Class “B” Beer license application from Divine Mercy Par- ish for Trivia Night on November 16, 2024. 8.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an ordinance to repeal section 4.18 of the municipal code pertaining to the senior citizens board of directors. PUBLIC WORKS & PUBLIC PROPERTY – Ald. Maass 9.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the purchase of a RAM Promaster 1500 High Roof van for the Wa- ter/Wastewater Department. 10.) Discussion regarding the annual lead service line notification letter. 11.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a mural donation from Growing South Milwaukee for display at the Bucyrus Commons. PLAN COMMISSION – Ald. Briesemeister 12.) Presentation from Scott Crawford, Inc. for their proposed mixed-use project at the former Bucyrus Campus, 1100 Milwaukee Avenue and 1022 Milwaukee Avenue. 13.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an updated development plan set as part of the Conditional Use Per- mit for the Bucyrus Commons project for developer Scott Crawford, Inc. for 1100 Milwaukee Avenue and 1022 Milwaukee Avenue. 14.) Discussion/possible motion to recommend a zoning amendment for the former Bucyrus Campus, from M-2 Manufacturing and C-3 Central Business Zones to Planned Development District. 15.) Discussion/possible motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified business, whenever competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically to discuss a development agreement between the City of South Milwaukee and Scott Crawford, Inc. for a mixed-use devel- opment proposed at 1100 Milwaukee Avenue and 1022 Milwaukee Avenue, located in Tax Incremental District No. 5. 16.) Motion to return to open session and take any necessary action on closed session items. 17.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the authorization of an application for a Wisconsin Economic Devel- opment Corporation (WEDC) grant for the project proposed by Scott Crawford, Inc.
