Bartoshevich 2) Presentation from the City Administrator on the City of South Milwaukee’s budget. 3) Presentation from Ehlers Public Finance Advisors on the creation of a 5-year financial management plan. 4) Discussion/possible motion to contract with Ehlers Public Finance Advisors on the creation of a 5- year financial management plan. 5) Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $8,917,570 Water System Revenue Bonds, Series 2025, and providing for other details and cove- nants with respect thereto. 6) Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $592,281 Taxable Private LSL Replacement Loan Program Revenue Bonds, Series 2025A, and providing for other details and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related $1,184,562 Financial Assistance Agreement. 7) Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $440,609 Taxable Private LSL Replacement Loan Program Revenue Bonds, Series 2025B, and providing for other details and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related $1,762,436 Financial Assistance Agreement. 8) Discussion/possible motion regarding a Non-Disclosure Agreement with Catalis Tax & CAMA, Inc. pertaining to compliance with 2023 Wisconsin Act 235. LEGISLATION & PERMITS COMMITTEE – Ald. Olechowski 9) Discussion/possible motion regarding an application for a “Class A” beer and intoxicating liquor license for South Milwaukee Liquor Mart LLC (O.G. Liquor & Wine Hub), Jasbir Singh, Agent, 1202 Milwaukee Avenue. 10) Discussion/possible motion regarding an application for a Temporary Class “B” Beer and “Class B” Wine license for Da Crusher Foundation, at 1101 Milwaukee Avenue for May 31, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and June 1, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PUBLIC WORKS & PUBLIC PROPERTY COMMITTEE – Ald. Backes 11) Discussion/possible motion to purchase solar powered radar feedback signs and school zone traf- fic beacons from TAPCO, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $21,000 with funding provided by un- allocated capital equipment. 12) Discussion/possible motion to authorize contract with Wandel Contractors, Inc. in a contract amount of $1,521,285.75 with funding from applicable capital project funds as directed by the City Engineer. PLAN COMMISSION – Ald. Briesemeister 13) Discussion/possible motion regarding an ordinance to amend Section 4.07 of the Municipal Code regarding the City of South Milwaukee Plan Commission. 14) Discussion/possible motion regarding an ordinance to amend Section 4.10 of the Municipal Code regarding the City of South Milwaukee Board of Appeals. 15) Discussion/possible motion regarding an ordinance to adopt the South Milwaukee Comprehensive Plan Update 2050 and amend Chapter 33 of the Municipal Code. 16) Presentation of an Award of Appreciation to Economic Development Manager & Zoning Adminis- trator Ericka Lang for managing the project to rewrite the City’s zoning code. 17) Discussion on potential allowance of residential chickens and beekeeping to be reviewed by the Plan Commission at an upcoming meeting. Common Council Meeting Agenda – May 20, 2025 2 REPORTS OF THE MAYOR 18) Annual Police Department award presentations. 19) Presentation of the 2024 South Milwaukee Police Department Annual Report. 20) Discussion/possible motion regarding acceptance of a donation from the South Milwaukee Down- town Market for the installation of a ceiling fan in the storage/green room north of the Bucyrus Commons stage, subject to approval by the Inspection Department Director. BOARD OF HEALTH – Ald. Maass 21) Presentation of the 2024 South Milwaukee-St. Francis Health Department Annual Report. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS – Civic Grants Commission 22) Discussion/possible motion to disburse the Bucyrus Civic Grant funds as determined by the South Milwaukee Civic Grants Commission in the amount of $53,535.
