Discussion/possible motion on an application for a 6 month Class “B” Beer license filed by European Beer Gardens, LLC/James Moran Agent, for the premise at 1014-1020 Madison Avenue for the period of May 1, 2020 through October 31, 2020. 4. Discussion/possible motion on an application for bartender license filed by Heather M. Borger, 511 Montana Avenue, and Angela Czubinski, 4652 Erie St., Racine, for the 2020-2021 license period. 5. Discussion/possible motion on an ordinance to create Section 5.235 of the Municipal Code of Ordinances establishing split shifts for Election Officials. 6. Adjourn.
