A special meeting of the Plan Commission is scheduled for Tuesday, March 9, 2021 beginning
with a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 2424 15th Avenue, South
Milwaukee, WI.

Public hearing on Conditional Use Permit application submitted by New Life Adventures LLC,
to remodel the existing building at 100 15th Avenue for a 50 person community-based
residential facility (CBRF).
AGENDA
1. Call meeting to order/roll call.
2. Approval of the minutes from the February 9, 2021 meeting.
3. Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application submitted by New Life Adventures LLC, to remodel
the existing building at 100 15th Avenue for a 50 person community-based residential facility
(CBRF).
a) Review and discussion of public hearing comments.
b) Possible motion to approve the CUP at 100 15th Avenue with possible conditions, or
motion to adjourn the matter until such point that the applicant submits additional
information.
4. TID No. 1 Amendment and Main Open Space design and construction.
a) Council resolution 21-03 approved
b) Update on schedules, incorporation of feedback from stakeholders and Plan Commission
c) Special meetings; naming.
5. Set date and time for next meeting (March 23, 2021 – 6:30 p.m.)
6. Adjourn.
