AGENDA 1. Call to order/roll call. 2. Approval of minutes from the August 13, September 26 and December 10, 2019 meetings. POLICE DEPARTMENT 3. Discussion/possible motion to approve Chief Jessup’s recommended candidate for promotion to Police Captain. 4. Discussion/possible motion to approve Chief Jessup’s recommended candidate for promotion to Police Lieutenant. 5. Discussion/possible motion on request to begin process to establish a new police officer eligibility list. 6. Notice of resignation of auxiliary officer. 7. Discussion/possible motion regarding appointment of a new auxiliary officer. 8. Adjourn.
