BOARD OF POLICE AND FIRE COMMISSIONERS OFFICIAL NOTICE - AMENDED REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 9, 2020 The South Milwaukee Board of Police and Fire Commissioners will meet for a Regular Meeting on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located in the South Milwaukee City Administration Building, 2424 15th Avenue, South Milwaukee, WI 53172 AGENDA 1. Call to order/roll call. 2. Approval of minutes from the September 8 and October 13, 2020 meetings. Police Department 3. Discussion/possible motion regarding certification of police officer eligibility list. 4. Discussion/possible motion authorizing Chief Jessup to begin background and interview process on a sufficient number of police officer candidates from the certified list, to fill two current vacancies. Fire Department 5. Discussion/possible motion regarding certification of firefighter eligibility list. 6. Discussion/possible motion regarding approval of Fire Chief’s recommendation to promote Firefighter/Paramedic Ryan Wendt to the position of Fire Lieutenant. 7. Discussion/possible motion authorizing Chief Knitter to begin background and interview process on a sufficient number of firefighter candidates from the certified list to fill two current vacancies. Other Business 8. Discussion/possible motion to amend the Rules and Regulations for the South Milwaukee Police and Fire Commission. 9. Adjourn.
