BOARD OF POLICE AND FIRE COMMISSIONERS AMENDMENT OFFICIAL NOTICE SPECIAL MEETING APRIL 23, 2022 The South Milwaukee Board of Police and Fire Commissioners will meet for a Special Meeting on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. in the Common Council Chambers located in the South Milwaukee City Administration Building, 2424 15th Avenue, South Milwaukee, WI 53172. AGENDA 1. Call to order/roll call. 2. Motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically for conducting an assessment center with candidates for the position of Fire Chief for the South Milwaukee Fire Department and discussion of the results. 3. Motion to return to open session and take any necessary action on closed session items. 4. Discussion/possible motion on request to make a provisional offer of employment to one police officer candidate based on the results of the written examination and panel interviews. 5. Discussion/possible motion on request for approval of appointment of police officer candidate contingent on successful completion of background investigation, medical/physical examination and psychological evaluation. 6.
