AGENDA: 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Presentation from LightWave Fiber Networks regarding a proposal to operate and maintain a community fiber optic internet system in the City of South Milwaukee. Discussion/possible motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of pubic properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically to discuss a proposed franchise agreement with LightWave Fiber Networks to operate and maintain a community fiber optic internet system in the City of South Milwaukee. 3.
