Discussion/possible motion to authorize contract for the 2023 Oak Street & Marshall Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project, with Stark Pavement Corp., in the amount of $252,688.00, with funding from applicable capital project funds and storm water utility as directed by the Inspection & Engineering Director. 3.) Discussion/possible motion to authorize contract for the Blake Avenue Asphalt Paving Project, with Stark Pavement Corp., in the amount of $259,965.00, with funding from applicable capital project funds and storm water utility as directed by the Inspection & Engineering Director. 4.)
