PUBLIC WORKS & PUBLIC PROPERTY COMMITTEE Amended Meeting Notice June 18, 2024 TO: Alderperson Backes Mayor Shelenske Genevieve Stollenwerk Alderperson Bukowski Katie Crosby Dan Ratajski Alderperson Bartoshevich Patrick Brever Chief Jessup Alderperson Briesemeister Ben Huffman There will be a meeting of the Public Works & Public Property Committee on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the South end of the Council Chambers in the City Administration Building, 2424 15th Avenue, South Milwaukee, WI. AGENDA: 1.) Call to Order/Roll Call. 2.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution declaring official intent to reimburse expenditures from proceeds of borrowing for the 20-inch transmission line project. 3.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution declaring official intent to reimburse expenditures from proceeds of borrowing for the lead service line replacement project. 4.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a contract with R.N.O.W., Inc. for the purchase of three automated side load garbage trucks for $1,095,021.00 with funds provided from the 2024/2025 Capital Improvement Program. 5.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a contract with William Sackerson Construction Co., Inc. in a contract amount of $295,573.00 with funding from applicable capital project funds as directed by the South Milwaukee Police Department for the remodel of the men’s and women’s locker rooms/restrooms. 6.)
