Minutes of the previous meeting. 2. Discussion/motion regarding request for adjustments from 816 N Chicago Ave. 3. Discussion/motion regarding Kirkwood/Carrington water/sewer project. 4. Update regarding the Water Utility backhoe purchase. 5. Discussion/motion regarding the sanitary sewer relay on Michigan Ave between 13th and 15th Ave. 6.
