Minutes of the previous meeting. 2. Discussion/motion regarding request for adjustments from 1520 Blakewood Ct., 3413 18th Ave. 3. Discussion/motion regarding upgrading of three Badger meter gateways with external LTE modems in the amount of $12,000 from Midwest meter. 4. Discussion/motion regarding the replacement of two water tower garage heaters and three garage heaters at the Water Utility in the amount of $15,000 by Oak Creek Heating and Cooling. 5. Discussion/motion regarding the replacement of the 3 wastewater 6” Tsurumi portable pump fuel tanks in the amount of $21,000 from LW Allen 6. Discussion/motion regarding the replacement of the wastewater sludge feed pumps in an amount not to exceed $52,000 from Mulcahy Shaw/Borger pump. 7. Discussion/motion regarding the installation of two mixing pumps by Sable Mechanical in the sludge storage tank for an amount not to exceed $11,000. 8. Miscellaneous facility, personnel and operational updates. 9. Approval of Water Utility vouchers. PLEASE NOTE: There is the potential that a quorum of the Water and Wastewater Commission may be present at this meeting.
