Minutes of the previous meeting. 2. Discussion/motion regarding request for adjustments from 1834 Elm Ave. 3. Discussion/motion regarding approval of proposed 2021 budgets. 4. Discussion/motion regarding the 2020 Audit. 5. Discussion/motion regarding the repair or replacement of three Water Utility heaters. 6. Discussion/motion regarding the required PSC simplified rate increase application. 7. Miscellaneous facility, personnel and operational updates. 8. Approval of Water Utility vouchers. PLEASE NOTE: There is the potential that a quorum of the Water and Wastewater Commission may be present at this meeting.
