Minutes of the previous meeting. 2. Discussion/motion regarding request for adjustments from 1322 Edgewood Ave, 718 Sycamore Ave, 3801 6th Ave. 3. Discussion/motion regarding the 2023 Blake Ave. watermain replacement service agreement with Collins Engineering. 4. Discussion/motion regarding the purchase new Water Utility billing software. 5. Discussion regarding 2023/2024 WIDNR lead service line replacement program. 6. Miscellaneous facility, personnel and operational updates. 7. Approval of Water Utility vouchers. PLEASE NOTE: There is the potential that a quorum of the Water and Wastewater Commission may be present at this meeting.
