Minutes of the previous meeting. 2. Discussion/motion regarding request for adjustments from 519 Columbia Ave 3. Discussion/motion regarding the 2022 Wastewater Compliance Maintenance Annual Report. 4. Discussion/motion regarding the water utility billing adjustment policy and approval procedure. 5. Discussion/motion regarding the Water Tower project. 6. Discussion/motion regarding the proposal from Municipal Well and Pump to supply pressure tanks during the Water Tower project. 7. Discussion/motion regarding the Blake Ave watermain project. 8. Discussion/motion regarding the 20’ watermain break on April 27th and possible watermain lining project. 9. Discussion/motion regarding the Water Utility Continental blower rebuild or replacement. 10. Miscellaneous facility, personnel and operational updates. 11. Approval of Water Utility vouchers. PLEASE NOTE: There is the potential that a quorum of the Water and Wastewater Commission may be present at this meeting.
