Minutes of the previous meeting. 2. Discussion/motion regarding request for adjustment from 1710 Missouri Ave. 3. Discussion/motion regarding approval of proposed 2023 budgets. 4. Discussion/motion regarding the 2022 Audits. 5. Discussion/motion regarding the filing of a simplified rate increase of 6.5% with the PSC with an effective date of 1/1/2024. 6. Discussion/motion regarding modifications to the high service piping by Sable Mechanical. 7. Discussion regarding the updated lease with T-Mobile for antenna lease on water tower. 8. Discussion regarding the Hawthorn Ave siphon replacement. 9. Discussion regarding lead service line replacements. 10. Discussion regarding the 20” transmission line. 11. Miscellaneous facility, personnel and operational updates. 12. Approval of Water/Wastewater/Fire Protection adjustments. 13. Approval of Water Utility vouchers. PLEASE NOTE: There is the potential that a quorum of the Water and Wastewater Commission may be present at this meeting.
