Minutes of the previous meeting. 2. Discussion/motion regarding request for adjustment from 1635 Chestnut St., 1710 Pine St., 525 Nicholson Ave., 737 St. Sylvester Dr., 1722 Milwaukee Ave., 1203 Milwaukee Ave. 3. Discussion/motion regarding the filing of a simplified rate increase with the PSC with an effective date of 2/1/2024. 4. Discussion/motion regarding engineering services from Donohue for the replacement of the 20” transmission line and 8” watermain replacement on Michigan Ave. 5. Discussion/motion regarding engineering service from Applied Technologies for replacement of the sanitary sewer on Michigan Ave from 5th to 7th and Madison Ave from 5th to 7th. 6. Discussion/motion regarding the installation of the Neptune water meter collector antenna at the Fire Station. 7. Discussion/motion regarding the South Milwaukee Water Utility mandatory lead service line replacement ordinance. 8. Discussion regarding lead service line funding and replacement timeline. 9. PLEASE NOTE: There is the potential that a quorum of the Water and Wastewater Commission may be present at this meeting.
