Minutes of the previous meeting. 2. Minutes of the November 2023 meeting. 3. Discussion/motion regarding request for adjustment from 416 N. Chicago Ave., 507 College Ave., 1401 Nicholson Ave., 517 Linden Cir., 2415 Nicholson Ave. 4. Discussion/motion regarding the repairs made to the stainless-steel piping at the Water Utility in an amount not to exceed $11,927.17 5. Discussion/motion regarding the engineering services agreement with Donohue for 2024 lead service line replacements in an amount not to exceed $25,000. 6. Discussion regarding the progress of lead service line replacements. 7. Miscellaneous facility, personnel and operational updates. 8. Approval of Water Utility vouchers. PLEASE NOTE: There is the potential that a quorum of the Water and Wastewater Commission may be present at this meeting.
