Introduction of new Commissioners. 2. Minutes of the previous meeting. 3. Discussion/motion regarding requests for adjustment from 1305 Manitowoc Ave. 4. Discussion/motion to approve the Wastewater 2023 DNR CMAR. 5. Discussion/motion to approve the purchase of Beacon meter reading software from Midwest meter in the amount not to exceed $18,000. 6. Discussion/motion to approve the purchase of 214 DuPont Memcor membrane filter replacement in an amount not to exceed $275,000. 7. Discussion regarding lead service line replacements. 8. Miscellaneous facility, personnel and operational updates. 9. Approval of Water Utility vouchers. PLEASE NOTE: There is the potential that a quorum of the Water and Wastewater Commission may be present at this meeting.
