Call to order 2. Minutes of the previous meeting. 3. Discussion/motion regarding the one-time adjustment request from 520 Park Ave. 4. Discussion/motion regarding bids received for the 20” Transmission line, Michigan Ave watermain and lead service line replacement project on September 11th, 2024. 5. Discussion/motion regarding bids received for the Michigan and Madison between 5th and 7th sanitary sewer replacement project on September 11th, 2024. 6. Discussion/motion regarding the inspection of the Water Utility clear well proposal from Dixon engineering in an amount not to exceed $8000. 7. Discussion regarding on going lead service line replacements. 8. Discussion regarding 2025 lead service line replacements. 9. Miscellaneous facility, personnel and operational updates. 10. Approval of Water Utility vouchers. 11.
