Discussion/motion regarding the one-time adjustment request from 1521 Beech St., 1311 Rawson Ave., 1423 Rawson Ave., 1637 Maple St., 1715 10th Ave. 4. Discussion/motion regarding approval of proposed 2025 budgets. 5. Discussion/motion regarding the 2023 Audits. 6. Discussion/motion regarding Donohue task order #4 in regards to the 20” transmission line replacement project. 7. Discussion/motion to approve the 2025 phase 1 lead service line replacement project with Five Star Energy Services in the amount of $497,775. 8. Discussion regarding on going lead service line replacements. 9. Discussion regarding 2025 lead service line replacements. 10. Miscellaneous facility, personnel and operational updates. 11. Approval of Water Utility vouchers. 12.
