Approval of Minutes – February 6, 2025, Minutes (Action Item) 5. Other Business a) Consideration for the approval of previously completed work, which was carried out due to the urgent nature and deadline requirements of the electrical project. Timely completion was essential to ensure coordination with related components and to prevent the potential cancellation of the building’s insurance policy for Horizon’s West Condominium, located at 3581 South Ocean Boulevard. The completed work is summarized as follows, with supporting images attached for reference: 1. Relocation of a 4-foot fence enclosing the A/C compressor and replace it with a 4-foot block wall positioned behind the gas meter. (Action Item) 2. Installation of two (2) high-visibility yellow bollards for safety and protection. (Action Item) 3. Planting a hedge consisting of Clusia on both sides of the newly constructed block wall and between the yellow bollards, to enhance the visual appeal of the area located directly outside the building’s lobby. (Action Item) 6. Public Comments - Public Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes each 7.
