Approval of Minutes – September 16, 2025, Minutes (Action Item) 5. Other Business a) Consideration for the approval of the exterior building and perimeter fencing for Sausalito Townhomes located at 3543 South Ocean Blvd. (Action Item) 1. Main Color: Off-white to be applied to all building exteriors and fences 2. Trim Color: Gauntlet color to be applied to fascia boards & windows outlines. b) Consideration for the approval of an existing steel awning structure and replace it with a new aluminum frame awning of identical style, design and dimensions for South Ocean Condo Association located at 3600 South Ocean Blvd. (Action Item) 6. Public Comments - Public Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes each 7.
