The Planning Board sitting as the Local Planning Agency will hold a Public Hearing concerning the following: The Town of South Palm Beach received an application from Lewis, Longman, & Walker, P.A. representing 3550 South Ocean Condominium Association, Inc. requesting a Variance for the following: • Section 26-398(a)(2): A variance is requested to reduce the minimum required off- street parking spaces from 60 spaces to 47 spaces to accommodate the removal of the mechanical parking lifts. • Section 26-397(a): A variance is to allow a reconfiguration of the parking layout to allow tandem parking. The parcel is located at 3550 South Ocean Blvd., South Palm Beach, Florida 33480. 6. Open Public Hearing and Public Comments 7. Close Public Hearing 8.
