ORDINANCES - TAB 5 a) ORDINANCE NO. 326 / FIRST READING – An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of South Palm Beach, Florida, Amending Section 2-26 of the Code of Ordinances, relating to the Salaries of the Mayor and Town Council Members; providing for an effective date consistent with Section 2-4 of the Town Charter of the Town of South Palm Beach, Florida; providing for conflicts, codification, severability, scriveners errors, and an effective date. (Action Item) 12. RESOLUTIONS – TAB 6 a) RESOLUTION NO. 09-2025 – Requesting the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections to conduct the Town’s Municipal Election scheduled for March 10, 2026 and any required Run-Off Election; designating the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Canvassing Board for said Elections; and requesting the Canvassing Board for the testing of the Electronic Systems automatic tabulation equipment, to Canvass the Municipal Election and any required Run-Off Election along with all Absentee Ballots, and to certify the Election results for said Elections. OTHER BUSINESS – TAB 7 a) Consideration to authorize the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Contract to provide Election Day polling location services for the Special Election for State House District 87. Primary Election on January 13, 2026, and General Election Day on March 24, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Action Item) b) Consideration to authorize Grau & Associates Engagement Letter for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025, with an option for seven (7) additional annual renewals.
