Members who didn't receive an email C. Committee Composition 1. Appointment of Marcques Houston Marcques was appointed at the March 19, 2026 City Council Meeting (Order #98 25/26). His term officially started on March 31, 2026. 2. Appointment of Steven Brooks Steven's appointment will be added to the Agenda for the April 7, 2026 City Council Meeting. D. Review of "Redline" changes to the Landcare Management Ordinance Aubrey will walk through the changes that are proposed, including ones originally presented to the City Council at the July 2025 workshop. She will point out some changes she is proposing related to Section 32-35 (Soil Quality Requirements for Regulated Development) based on challenges having soil quality samples collected on projects under construction. Aubrey will share City Council Workshop dates that are available and ask LMAC to weigh in. E. Waiver Committee Update 1.
