2. Discussion on policy suggestion for officers’ recordings of conversations
with the public
3. Discussion on tracking methods for cases that are heavily discussed by the
Board.
4. Discussion on voting for High Priority cases
5. Round Table discussion:
• Discussion on what constitutes digital meetings/quorum. Amy
Jones offered guidance on what could be considered a digital
quorum
• Discussion on whether specific police language in the Board’s
reporting should be in next agenda
• Annual reporting discussion – Jason Keffer sent the Draft Annual
Report to Board members for review, and asked for feedback
