If this is the first time you have been to a Commission meeting, perhaps you'd like to know a little about our
procedure.
Public Comments:
Members of the public wishing to participate are encouraged to submit public comments in writing in advance of
the meeting. The City encourages the submission of comments before 5:00 p.m. on the meeting date, to facilitate
inclusion in the meeting record. A maximum of 3 minutes per individual comment made in-person will be read
into the record. Written or recorded comments received prior to 5:00pm on the day of the meeting will be
included as part of the meeting record but will not be read aloud at the meeting. Written or recorded comments
received after 5:00pm on the day of the meeting will not be included as a part of the meeting record and will not
be read aloud at the meeting.
