Public Comments: Members of the public wishing to participate are encouraged to submit public comments in writing in advance of the meeting. The City encourages the submission of comments before 5:00 p.m. on the meeting date, to facilitate inclusion in the meeting record. A maximum of 3 minutes per individual comment made in-person will be read into the record. Written or recorded comments received prior to 5:00pm on the day of the meeting will be included as part of the meeting record but will not be read aloud at the meeting.
