Report recommending the City adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute administrative, plan check and building inspection services agreements with 1) CSG Consultants Inc., in an amount not to exceed $1,400,000 total for each year of a two year period, 2) West Coast Code Consultants Inc., in the amount not to exceed $1,400,000 total for each year of a two year period, and 3) 4Leaf, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $1,200,000 total for each year of a two year period, with the ability to renew for an additional two years at the City’s sole discretion, and amend the FY 2015-16 budget.
