Report regarding a resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve a consulting services agreement with TRC Engineers, Inc. of San Ramon, California for construction management and inspection services for the Grand Boulevard Initiative Phase I from Arroyo Drive to Chestnut Avenue and Grand Boulevard Initiative Phase II from McClellan Drive to Kaiser Way in an amount not to exceed $632,759 for a total budget of $696,035.
