The regular meetings of the City Council are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00
p.m. in the Municipal Services Building, Council Chambers, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California.
The City Clerk will read successively the items of business appearing on the Agenda. As she completes reading
an item, it will be ready for Council action.

City of South San Francisco in the Property Assessed Clean Energy Programs
operated by the California Municipal Finance Authority and the California Statewide
Communities Development Authority; authorizing the California Municipal Finance
Authority and California Statewide Communities Development Authority to accept
applications from property owners, conduct contractual assessment proceedings and
levy contractual assessments within the City of South San Francisco; and authorizing
the City Manager to execute all documents and take any actions necessary and
appropriate to carry out the intent of this resolution. (Mike Lappen, Economic
