Report recommending approval of a Zoning Text Amendment, a Type C Sign Permit, and Design Review to allow for an electronic changeable copy sign at the Best Western Grosvenor Hotel located at 380 S Airport Blvd in the Freeway Commercial (FC) Zone District in accordance with SSFMC Chapters 20.110, 20.360 & 20.480, together with other considerations.
