Report on Centennial Village Development - Second Administrative Agreement Amendment to the Development Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and El Camino and Spruce, LLC (“First Amendment”) for the previously entitled Centennial Village project to allow a five-month extension to the timeframe to commence construction of the project at 180 El Camino Real in the El Camino Real Mixed Use Zoning District in accordance with SSFMC Chapters 19.60 & 20.090.
