Roll Call. Agenda Review. Public Comments. Members of the public wishing to participate are encouraged to submit public comments in writing in advance of the meeting to the Committee Secretary via e-mail to amanda.parker@ssf.net by 1:00 p.m. on the meeting date. Emails received by the deadline will be forwarded to the Committee and read into the record by the Committee Secretary. Emails received after 1:00 p.m. will not be read during the meeting but will be entered into the record for the meeting. Approximately 300 words total can be read in three minutes. Oral Comments: Members of the public who wish to provide comment during the meeting may do so by using the “Raise Hand” feature: • To raise your hand on a PC or Mac desktop/laptop, click the button labeled "Raise Hand” at the bottom of the window on the right side of the screen. Lower your hand by clicking the same button, now labeled “Lower Hand.” • To raise your hand on a mobile device, tap “Raise Hand” at the bottom left corner of the screen. The hand icon will turn blue, and the text below it will switch to say "Lower Hand" while your hand is raised.
